The ‘Monad’ and the ‘I AM’
In spirituality, the monad refers to "the One," the indivisible spark of divine, the watcher, consciousness at your core—your eternal spiritual origin, transcending ego, mind, and personal history.
The Monad is the divide spark, the unconditioned, immortal essence of God within you. It does not incarnate directly or experience human suffering; it stays rooted in divine dimensions.
***
The soul is the higher self, it is an image of the monad, it acts as the middle manager, gathering wisdom, evolving through lifetimes, and trying to guide the lower self.
The personality is Your physical body, emotions, and everyday thinking mind. This is the provisional identity you wear during a physical lifetime.
***
Your monad is your truest, highest identity, but you are not yet aware of it. Spiritual evolution is the process of expanding your definition of ‘I’ the ‘I AM’ and what the monad is.
As you quiet the mind and let go of the ego, your sense of "I" become more apparent until you realize that you are not the temporary wave, but the eternal divine spark.
***
The monad acts as an impartial observer; it refrains from influencing daily decisions or experiencing pain. Rather, it imparts consistent evolutionary pressure, gradually facilitating the awakening of the soul over successive lifetimes.
***
Spiritual evolution is the long journey of the lower personality aligning with the soul, and the soul eventually merges back into the conscious realization of its parent Monad.
The little ‘I’, the ego is the everyday "I" that says, ‘I am tired,’ ‘I am a teacher,’ or ‘I am afraid.’ It is a temporary, bound to your physical body, and changes constantly throughout your life.
***
The true "I AM"—your soul—is the part of you that watches your thoughts. It is the lasting self that moves through different lifetimes, learns from experiences, and seeks spiritual development.
The ultimate ‘I AM’ the ‘monad’, is the absolute root of your existence. It doesn't say "I am this" or "I am that." Its state of being is pure, unconditional "I AM THAT I AM."

My inspiration is telling me about the monad in me. This is the spiritual spark, the highest divine indivisible essence that we all hold, our connection to the infinite intelligence.
***
Before I read and listened to those messages from the Arcturians and Pleiadians—who are claiming that July and August, are powerful months in 2026, they bring transformative energy changing everything within us—I had already written this.
***
The information I've been reading tells us that everyone's moving into this density in these two months.
This aligns with the spiritual new year—marking both an ending and a beginning—which helps explain why this is being revealed to me now.
***
The term 'Monad' has frequently come up during my life, though its meaning remained unclear to me for some time; at present, I understand it is symbolised as a god-like entity, representing infinite intelligence and transcending celestial beings.

The ‘I AM’ and the ‘MONAD’:
What I've noticed: the outcome of going into myself deeply, being in the void and silence, in the moment brings up questions about the separate parts of my inner self, like emotions, what brings me happiness or sadness, causes anxiety or fear, and how do these relate to my sense of self? Additionally, what does "I am" mean when I ask, "Who am I?"
***
These questions come up and as they do, can we answer them? There's also conscious awareness, and consciousness, these things are to be looked at.
***
I've begun exploring these things and trying to understand their roles. Some, like the instinctive fight-or-flight response, are hardwired for my protection, but most remain somewhat mysterious.
The research that has come to light answers some of the questions.
***
Consciousness functions as an active in-between state of self-awareness, whereas the Monad is regarded as the primary, eternal essence of divinity. The "I am" means pure self-awareness and existence, while the Monad is considered the highest source of spiritual consciousness.
***
They do not judge; they are pure observers. Our identity is the silent, constant awareness observing our thoughts and feelings—not the thoughts themselves.
In eastern philosophy like Buddhism as well as modern mindfulness psychology it is often called the witness consciousness or the unconscious self.
