The Pangs of Letting Go of the 3D:
Over these last weeks, I have not been able to get any comfort from any of things that were my ‘go to’ when I felt unhinged, music being one of them.
I am grateful for the opportunity to return to my world of music. It has been some time since I have been able to listen to’ and appreciate my favourites that are Bob Dylan and the rolling thunder tour, and David Bowie.

My observations on this are … when we are being re-calibrated the old is switching off so that there is space for the changes that are needed, it’s a bit like the computer, we, as humans need to make space to be able to get the new stuff, but in the world of technology we can just delete what we do not want any more. In real life we must GO through the emotions and feelings of letting go by first recognising it, then accepting that we want change, then letting it go.

This has a great impact on our feeling, emotions, energies and all the other things that are part of our life that needs to be addressed, one of these things we are talking about is how we relate towards our loved ones; how do we change things that we have been living with for the time of being together.
Its hard and takes a lot of inner focus, understanding and lots of forgiveness for everything that has gone on before.

The Heart Math Institute in America is doing a lot of research on the effects that the energy coming in from the Sun and the solar system and the universe is affecting people.
Theres a lot of research on how it fixes in the heart and brain and the physical body, there are quite a lot of interesting facts coming out that validates the things we're saying about the energy that is creating our feelings that are odd is correct according to the research of the heart math Institute

I have a question! Because I am quite switched off now from the spiritual stuff. Recently, I have been watching television more frequently than usual, which I believe is adversely affecting my energy levels and overall sense of well-being. Is that a thing?
The answer is, yes, this can be an issue that requires your consideration, and it is important to determine how you wish to address it.

My observations: I've noticed that if I go too long without using my computer or engaging in spiritual activities, my energy drops and I feel unfulfilled, even depressed—sometimes to the point of tears. Is this normal?
***
Answer: when functioning only on 3D location awareness, spiritual energy remains unchanged. It decreases only when you are no longer consciously aware of engaging in spiritual practice. For this reason, individuals who are religious often set aside time each day for ritual meditation or prayer, maintaining an intentional focus on their spiritual development and consciously cultivating their spiritual awareness.
***
Clarifications: I've stopped doing that in the past few weeks. The advice is to start again immediately, even if it's by sitting on the computer writing about this, that will do it or doing meditations on your own. going within yourself and giving yourself that time, it is important.

The learning curve is, that ignoring the spiritual side and fully immersing yourself in everyday distractions can make it harder to connect with the higher self, though that connection never truly disappears.
However, upon recognising this, experiencing the adverse side effects are significant, these include both physical symptoms of depression and a decline in mental well-being.
When the demands of daily life suppress one’s spiritual well-being, it can diminish the enjoyment typically experienced from watching preferred television programs or listening to music.

However, upon returning to this activity, the experience was distinctly different. Sitting in the garden with the wind blowing around me created a refreshing atmosphere, which had a positive effect on my mood. I am experiencing improved physical health and have regained a sense of awareness and presence in the moment.
The question is whether this occurred because I needed to concentrate on self-care. The answer is yet to be determined.
Answer is yes, you took a break, being un-balanced forced you to stop due what you were experiencing; you were unable to focus as you normally would. As a result, you have been given time off that has been beneficial, allowing you to return after a period of rest.

The hardest part is keeping your central line secure as you watch yourself and everyone else going off kilter and not being able to do anything to help this because you know it’s part of what's going on outside of you and part of the progress of humanity.
